We're Krista and Rowena - communication specialists, entrepreneurs, authors and visibility mentors dedicated to helping women step into their voice with clarity and conviction.
Visibility isn't abstract and theoretical for us. It's lived work. It's something we challenge and refine every day. We do this in the businesses we build and grow, in the narratives we shape, and in helping other business leaders strengthen how they are positioned in the market.

I’m not a content creator or influencer — is this program still for me?
Absolutely! This program is not about turning you into a social media star. It's about helping you express yourself in a way that feels authentic — whether that’s through a LinkedIn post, a company bio, a pitch, or a compelling online presence that sparks curiosity and attracts opportunities.
I don’t know what to say or write about. Will you help with that?
Yes! We’ll guide you to discover your own stories, values, and voice. You’ll build your personal Voice Bank, learn simple ways to create content, and use AI tools to support (not replace) your unique expression.
What if I can’t attend one of the live sessions?
All sessions are recorded and shared privately with participants. You’ll still get access to worksheets, tools, and community support. That said, we encourage you to attend all live workshops — it’s where the magic and connection happen.
